Information We Collect

The only data we collect from visitors of this website are as follows:

Contact information that is directly provided to us by users of the website. Specifically this is anything that is provided via our "Contact Us" page: Name, Email Address and/or Phone Number.

In addition, the only other data we collect is to enable us to track, manage and improve the website - we may automatically collect the following information about you via our Google Analytics integration: technical information (including IP address), web browser type/version, time zone, operating system and platform along with information about your visit; date and time, products you viewed or searched for, page response, lengths of visits to certain pages, page interaction information if you linked to our site from another website, the address of that website, and, if you linked to the site from a search engine, the address of that search engine and the search term you used.

Cookies

We use cookies on our site as part of our Google Analytics integration - again, this is to assist us to improve the website and the user experience.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place what we believe are appropriate security controls and company procedures to secure the information we collect from this website.

It should be noted that we do not, however that transmitting information over the internet is inherently not fully secure. We use Secure HTTP (HTTPS) / Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt data sent between your browser and this web site, this ensures up to a point that it can’t not be interfered with, this is however not 100% secure.

Data is held in a UK data centre with robust policies, controls, and systems in place to help keep your information safe. Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit.

  • The right to restrict processing – you can request that we stop processing your personal data. We may still retain the data under our data retention policy but will stop any further processing of data.

  • The right to data portability - you may request your personal data be transferred to another data controller or processor. This data will be provided in a commonly used and machine-readable format. The right only applies to information an individual has provided to StarSwift Ltd directly.
